Direct Food Contact Grease - Edible Gel 57
Edible Gel 57 food grade grease formulated is from synthetic materials that are synthesised from vegetable sources blended with food grade additives. Edible Gel 57 is formulated for direct food contact and meets the requirements of The Food Safety Act 1990 and may be used in direct contact with food in amounts not in excess of that reasonably required to produce the intended effect. Edible Gel 57 has good structural stability and has a minimum shelf life of 12 months. It resists water washout, is non-corrosive and electrically non-conductive.
APPLICATIONS
Blades, Cutters and other equipment that come in direct contact with food or pharmaceutical products.
