Water Resistant Central Lubrication Systems Food Grade Grease - TW 00 - NIGL 00
TW 00 was designed for centralised lubrication systems, where water resistant light lubricant is required. TW 00 is formulated for incidental food contact only.
In use, TW 00 pumps freely through feed-pipes to bearings. Once there, it clings far more tenaciously to metal surfaces than would be expected of such a light lubricant. This property plus its wide working temperature range of -55°C to +200°C makes it very suitable for bearings which are regularly pressure washed with cold or boiling water, brine or steam. It will not emulsify in conditions of high humidity and temperature.
